The first day at court:

DEC. 1rst 2011

This first hearing was to appoint Lawyers to all parties involved.

Not much to add here except the mother now has a 2 HOUR visitation once a week supervised by a Bridgeway worker.

The next Court date is:

Thursday December 22nd 2011:

This hearing is for the mother to either deny the charges or to plead guilty to the charges.

A 21 year old woman was taken to Graham Hospital for a drug related problem.The woman had taken several Tramidol (SP?)before visiting the park with her 2 year old son and was smoking incense while at the park when she collapsed and was unable to move.Keep in mind this was witnessed by several adults.I could care less about what the woman was doing to her own health,but there children present.Not just her child but six (6) others also.
I believe the law is if someone is doing drugs so close to children it is considered “CHILD ENDANGERMENT”.Now,lets see if the CPD or the Park Police will charge her with this: Seven (7) counts of child endangerment,driving under the influence of drugs,using illegal drugs in a public area.And then let’s see if CDL will put this in their Police news. If no charges are brought up I beg of all Canton residents to protest about this,these are OUR children this wacko woman has endangered .

OK,this is bull shit! I just found out the woman was’t charged with anything!
Reason:::
It isn’t illegal for an adult to smoke the type of incense she was smoking!(THIS LAW HAS TO BE CHANGED)!
Also,This same woman was arrested last night for beating on a patient at Grahm Hospital,what in the fuck is wrong here in Canton?Fulton County?Illinois? Let me tell you what….our legal system has so many loopholes in it it isn’t funny!
I’ll keep you updated on this,my investigation has just started.
As always I have omitted the names to protect the innocent.

UPDATE:::08/24/2011
As stated above the woman was hospitalized because of drugs August 10th at Big Creek Park in Canton.But now comes the real strange shit!
August 19th the same woman was hospitalized for a possible overdose or alcohol poisoning according to the rescue call in Duncan Mills (or Duncan Town whichever you prefer to call it.actual call stated East Duncan Town Road)! This case is a puzzler indeed because the courts decision for the father of the children were given the physical and residential Custody of the children after the first time she was hospitalized. Yet somehow yesterday August 23rd she managed to get a paper from the same judge residing over the prior decision giving the children back to the mother.
As of this moment the father is on his way to the courthouse with his papers (not only the court papers but also papers from the DCFS stating that the father was granted the physical and residential Custody of the children). He has not seen the actual papers she presented to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office but that’s ok, the deputy that escorted her to get the children stated they never read the papers either and advised him to take his papers to the courthouse the next day(today August 24th) to show them to the States Attorneyto try to rectify this terrible injustice.
I couldn’t make to the courthouse today but I will keep you updated on this when I here more later today.

UPDATE:::08/24/2011

Ok,I just got a call from the fathers mother from out side the courthouse after their visit to the States Attorney.They found out that Jessica Huskey had used an old OP and had it stamped! Witnesses at the office said they remember when she brought the OP and one of the women working there stamped it without looking at the date! This is inexcusable the lady evidently just seen the judges signature and made an unwise assumption! The sad part is why the hell didn’t the Sheriffs Department catch this? Can anyone smell a bit of STUPIDITY in our justice system?
My advise to this young man is get an OP against her for him and the kids and get a good lawyer to work on why this could happen!

UPDATE:::

Ok,now that everyone got their stories straight,I must apologize to the office lady at the Courthouse. Jessica did not bring the OP to the courthouse,she went thru the list of records in this case and had them make a copy for her.And as a copy is given the clerk has to stamp it with the seal and date the copy is received.So not knowing what she was going to use it for the clerk was totally innocent of anything she had done.

Jessica Huskey from the earlier post above has a court date December 1rst 2011.

This is just a quick update.
Apparently Jerico has had enough of the bull shit Jessibell has been dishing out.Since the OP was put against him and the Judge granted him Visitation only on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a few hours,he has had the kids for most of the time.His parents advised him to keep records of the days he has had them,taking photos when the chance arose (with the time and date stamp on them)Now,the chance for Jerico to go to work and make some money to support her and the kids(who he has most of the time)Jessibellrefuses to come get the kids so he can.So now Jerico has gatherd all his information and headed to the States Attorney’s Office to see what he can do about her disobeying the Judge and the OP.
Just a bit more FYI : Jerico has been giving Jessibell all the money he can afford for child support in the form of Money Orders to keep a record of it.Jessibell receives close to $700.00 in Link from the State for the children (Your Tax Money!) and is constantly calling Jerico saying the kids have nothing to eat! If I hadn’t known this for a fact I would not even post it!
I know you are wondering where the link is going so I’ll tell you another (WELL KNOWN) Fact.For one thing she has used the link to sell so she can afford her drugs.She has also used them to pay a friend for a cell phone she had “BOUGHT” from them.
Yet the kids have nothing to eat according to Jessibell
Another FACT Their oldest daughter has an ear infection and she has not taken her to the doctors!Jerico cannot because he has no rights because of the OP. Yet Jessibell went to the doctors 2 days ago because She claimed “I am in pain and need meds!” Now her needs is greater than the needs of a child? I think not!
To me this is all fucked up and our legal system needs changing! This BITCH puts herself before the children and any and everybody else! Even her friends and some of her relatives are finding out just what a player she is,so why can’t the courts see it? Because she knows how to play the “SYSTEM”.

Ok,by now you all should have read the last 3 post on this matter.
This is an update on the standings of the Landlord “Artimus):
All this time has passed and finally “Artimus” has had enough.After being told by “Jessibell”several times that she was moving,but not paying for the rent,”Jessibell” was finally taken to court.Thea Judges ruling: “Jessibell” has two(2)weeks to vacate the premises,if she fails to leave within the given time,the Police will come and remove her and pay $600.00 in back rent and the electric bill.One response from “Jessibell” to the judge was “How do I drop the O.P. for the kids against “Jerico”?Because the kids will have to go live with him if I have to leave.” The Judge asked her if she went through Advocates(D.C.F.S.,Woman’s Crises Center)to get the O.P. and she said yes.He then told her she would have to go back through them.
This is one reporter that had almost given up on our legal system over how all this was handled in the first place but now I see a glimmer of hope for actual justice being done.
Oh,and “Jerico”?, Well he received a call from “Jessibell” trying to turn this on him asking “Do you want me and the kids to live in a shelter?”As if it was his fault she got evicted.
I have a feeling there will be several more articles on this in the future.

Ok,this won’t take long. After talking to a few friends with access to Jessibell’s FB and viewing their “Screen Captures” of her comments put things into a whole new Light lol
It appears she seen things a bit differently than all the witnesses and the police did.
She claims the girlfriend was arrested.The facts according to the witnesses was no one was arrested last night and according to the scanner police scanner,later that night after I returned home the subject was served at home with an “NTA” (notice to appear) on the charges of Criminal Damage to Property under &300.00 at her apartment.
Jessibell also claims Jerico was so drunk he was leaning on the squad car drooling and his eyes rolling.The fact according to witnesses was Jerico was not drinking that much and was not intoxicated to that extent.Another fact,if you remember in my earlier post was the second officer on scene had the “cuffs” removed because he had not done anything wrong.The same officer who I learned a few hours ago from witnesses at a gas station in the city limits of Canton,gave Jerico a ride to that station and dropped him off.That seems to me like the officer didn’t think Jerico was too intoxicated.
I believe this Jessibell is “playing” her friends on FB just to get attention and drag Jerico’s name and reputation into the ground.Hell this is starting to look and sound like a soap opera!
Anyone out there know a good television Producer?lol.

This may turn into a full feature article of drama and laughter about a Canton couple.
The Latest Scenario : The revenge of a woman scorned.Or bar hopping brawlers.
This is true,I will not lie about anything but as before the names are fictitious to protect the anonymity of the persons involved.After interviewing witnesses(from this point forward ,referred to asGuestI came up with the plot of this,,,

Me: “What happend here tonight,why was the County Mounties called?”

Guest#1:“We was all here just enjoying ourselves,Jerico and his girlfriend came in.We were at the bar for quite some time when in walked Jessibell.

Me:“Doesn’t she have an Order of Protection against him?”

Guest#2:“She sure does,we believe that her friend had notified her that Jerico was here.”

Me:“So she knew he was here and she came in anyway and what do you believe her reasoning was?”

Guest#3:“Well as everyone here knows,she is a vengeful and crazy woman,who thinks she knows how to “play” the System.
“We all have known both subjects here personally for a long time,and we know her scheming ways she manipulates people she comes in contact with.”
Guest #1:“Including the Police,They may be doing their jobs but they should do a little research into this wacko woman before they jump the gun.”

Me:“Jump the gun?”

Guest#1: “Yea,they hear her accusations and immediately pounce into action and arrest the person she says have done something to her without even trying to investigate the accusations first.”

Me:“Can anyone give an example of this happening here tonight?”

Guest#3:“Yes,but you have to know more about the whole thing that went down tonight.”

Me:“I’m all ears and I have the time,so tell me.”

Guest#3:”Ok,you have heard up until Jessibell came into the bar.What we then witnessed is that she and Jerico’s girlfriend got into a dicussion”.
“Thats when things got a little loud in the bar and they weren’t talking very loud.But I heard a little of the conversation,it seems they were talking about a recording of Jerico’s girlfriend telling Jessibell something like I’ll Kill you”.When asked to hear the recording Jessibell took her cell phone out and played it for those close enough to here”.”Everyone said that isn’t her voice and they should go outside where it’s less noisy and listen to it again”.Jerico’s girlfriend walked out followed by Jessibell and the others.Jessibell still insisting this was Jerico’s girlfriends voice played it”.”Several of the on lookers said they recognized the voice as that of another girl known to them.

Me:“This is getting interesting,so what happened next?”

Guest#2: “I was closest to what was said,the girlfriend asked to see the the date the message was recorded and Jessibell refused her”.”The girl friend asked to hear it again and when Jessibell pulled the phone out to play it again she(the girlfriend) grabbed the phone and,threw it to the ground and started stomping on it.” “The funny part of that is she was wearing those “flip flop” thingies,so she couldn’t really do much damage (chucle).”

Me: “So how badly did it get damaged?”

Guest#3:“Not bad enough to prevent Jessibell from using it to call the police(chuckle).

Me:“I guess this is when I heard the call come across the scanner as 10.25 *****’* bar and meet with Jessibell ****** about an OP ViolationThe violator will not leave.” What happened when the police arrived?”

Guest#1:“The first officer on the scene was one of the newer fresh upstarts and all I seen was him “cuff” Jerico and place him in the car.”

Guest#3 “But when the second officer came on scene he immediately told the younger officer to take the cuffs off because Jerico has done nothing wrong.”

Me:“So Jerico had nothing to do with the altercation involving the phone?”

Guest#2 Hell no,Jerico isn’t dumb enough to do anything while under the OP,he never even went outside,besides the older officer was intelligent and experienced enough not to act without doing a little investigating.”

Me: “Where was the girlfriend when the police arrived?”

Guest#3“She left before the officers arrived.”

Me:“Ok,that’s enough for tonight I think I’ll interview more people tomorrow and keep an eye on Facebook for further info.”

End of Interview…

Today I will contact more witnesses,and maybe all three of the people involved in this altercation.

A few things I learned today….

Based on a true story the names have been changed to protect the anomity and privacy of all chactors

First of all,I will use fictitious names for the people I am about to write about to protect their anonymity
This is a very complicated article for me to write because I don’t understand how a woman can twist and bend the laws to “play” the “system”.

Fictitious person #1: “Jerico”

Fictitious person #2: “Jessibell”

Fictitious person #2 “Artimis”

Jerico and Jessibell have been an on again off again couple for several years(mostly off).Every time the two get into a dispute Jessibell claims that Jerico has battered her.The police are called by her after every little tiff with this claim only to be unfounded or Jerico acted in self defense by holding her down.Now Jessibell comes up with the idea Hey,if I can piss him off enough,he will hit me! Her plans fail,as he puts up with her shit because of the three children they have together(oops did I forget to mention that?)
Jerico volunteers to leaf the house He was renting so the kids would have a place to live.He then goes to live with his parents until he can find another place to live.
Meanwhile Jessibell comes up with another scheme shecalls police after marking herself up with bruises and scratches and claims he battered her again and gets an Emergency order of Protectionagainst him.He is then served the papers the very next day.One day later she calls the police and claims Jerico tried to break into the house.
The officer arrives only to find Jerico had proof that he was with his mother at a Casey’s station at the time she alleged he tried to break in.The topper is it was on the security tapes with the date and timeline she claimed! Strike one for Jessibell.
Then comes the court date for Jerico and Jessibell to go before a judge to either drop the order or lengthen it.Jessibell never showed up and the judge dropped the order against Jerico.Strike 2 for Jessibell.
Jerico does acquire another apartment to rent.Jessibell calls him crying she can’t pay the rent and has to leave the house where she is living and needs a place for her and the kids to stay for a few days.Jerico decides for the children’s welfare she could stay with him for a few days until she could find another place to live. I know what your thinking,he should take responsibility for the children. In reality Jerico has full Residential Custody of the children and Jessibell refused to let him have the children.
Jerico’s landlord Artemis agreed she could stay for a few days,but the first time she caused any trouble she would have to leave.All of you apartment and homeowners who rent properties better take heed to what I’m am about to tell you. Jessibell being the type of person she is had the police there every couple of days(you would think they would soon tire of her crying wolf by now),so during one visit Artemis told the officers he wanted her removed from the apartment.The officer told her he would have to hand Jessibell an eviction notice giving her ten days to get out.The next day Jessibell received the eviction notice and told Artemis she would be out in a couple of days.After a couple of days she remained,after a few more days Atirmis confronts her asking her if she had to take her to court.Jessibell answered him saying “I don’t have to leave so yeah take me to court.” When Artimis called the courthouse to set things up he was told he waited too long and had to start all over with the 10 day eviction notice.
So here we go again lol.Artimis delivers the ten day notice and Jessibell yells and screams “You can”t make me leave! So HA!” And for revenge for the eviction notice Jessibell proceeds to start throwing her temper tantrums towards Jerico! She throws a box of pancake mix at him and covers him and the kitchen floor with the batter even filling his ear canals full(I guess you could say she battered him lol).When Jessibell calms down enough for Jerico to make a move without being slapped,scratched or beaten to a pulp by the mad woman,he cleaned the apartment and told her he was leaving because the kids did not need to see her acting like this.Again she refused to let him take the children.This time when he left,he never went to his parents but to a girl friend’s house.
.Jerico heard the police were looking for him and called them what they were looking for him for.They told him Jessibell had filed a domestic battery charge against him.Jerico told them that he had been the one that was battered and had the marks to prove it.They told him to come to the police department and show them the marks.Jerico vsited the police station showed his battle marks.They had him file a police report and he left,nothing else was said or done for 4 days.
You have probably guessed already what comes next….Yep she calls the police again and gets another Order of Protection against him! naming the address of the apartment as one of the residents under the order.Now Jessibell has full reign at the apartment,no bills to pay,no legal means for Artimis to evict her until a judgement from the courts comes down!So you apartment and homeowners who rent be aware this can happen to you too! Also remember that if anyone who is contracted with you lets anyone move in with them (with or without your knowledge) is considered a resident after 30 days and can be a real pain in the ass to remove.
